EDIT: And 7 Hours later here is the finished, at least its as far as I'm taking it, I would really like to see some cool glow effects on the fire ball, but meh!
I really liked the Dhalsim pic I did a week ago but there were areas I thought didn't read so well, and some areas where the anatomy was off. So I redrew it, touched it up and plan on painting it. for now here is the line version.

This rocks and definitely should go in a SF Tribute book. Dhalsim is such a fun character to draw.
